| Personal Assistant (PA) | Candidates must be graduates with a Hindi stenography speed of 100 words per minute (WPM) and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 WPM. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or an ‘O’ Level qualification is desirable. Pay Scale: Level-07 (₹44,900–1,42,400). |
| Data Entry Operator (DEO) | Candidates must have passed the Intermediate (10+2) examination and possess a typing speed of 8,000 key depressions per hour. A computer certificate such as ADCA or an AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT ‘O’ Level qualification is desirable. Pay Scale: Level-04 (₹25,500–81,100). |
